United Women in Faith
The purpose of United Women of Faith is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ. To develop a creative, supportive fellowship and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. All women of the church are invited to join us. Your life will be enriched by spiritual ties with other women in the church.
United Methodist Men
Men are invited to join the United Methodist Men for fellowship, study, and service in mission work. UMM is a supportive fellowship group of men who seek to know Jesus, grow spiritually, and seek God’s will for their lives. Some of the programs are:
• Men’s Breakfast (3rd Saturday, every month)
• SOSA Meals for Millions (Society of St. Andrew)
• B-a-B Prison Ministries (Build a Birdhouse)
• All Church Workdays
Outreach Ministries
Our church reaches out to others. We support the worldwide ministries of the United Methodist Church through our apportionments. Members of our church participate in volunteer ministries. We support a number of local agencies and other organizations such as:

• Church World Service and CROP Walk
• Bishop’s Round-Up For Hunger
• Restart
• Spofford Children Homes
• US Military
• Potato Drops
• Johnson County Christmas Bureau

Small Groups
Small groups exist to help you grow up to full maturity in your relationship with God and others. If you are ready to connect with other people, belong to something life changing, and grow in Christ through relationships with other believers, then maybe it’s time to get involved in a small group.
Christian worship is the life-renewing focus of all the ministries at Roeland Park United Methodist Church. Central in every worship service is the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the celebration of our life together before God as a Christian community. All persons, including children, are cordially invited to attend our Sunday worship services.
